Minted Melon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small cantaloupe melon trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tbsp mint extract
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
