When it comes to BBQ sauce, I want a thick, tangy, sorta sweet, sorta spicy sauce.
This wonderful smokey sweet bbq sauce is one of my favorite recipes.
You can tweek this sauce however you like by adding or taking away ingredients but the most important ingredient is time. You don’t want to rush a beautiful BBQ sauce. So just set this one on the back burner and relax.
I love a good BBQ sauce to slather my smokey ribs with. However, I figure if I’m gonna spend the money on a good rack of ribs, take the time to marinate it over night and spend an entire day smoking them, I don’t want some store-bought sauce that has ingredients I can’t pronounce in it on my work. Yes, I consider my cooking that important! Smoking meat is an art. Actually, cooking is an art! That’s why I love it! Why not take it to the max level and make it All your own, right down to the sauce? Give it a try, I promise it’ll please the dickens out of you!
